Bob Magnan - President / Founder
Founded Delta based on his experience with a leading National Electrical Contractor CEO, who mentored him concerning the challenges with locating, evaluating, recruiting and retaining top management talent in the electrical construction industry.  After hiring more than 250 electrical management professionals, as in-house senior staffing manager, he founded Delta Electrical Partners Inc. to fill the senior management staffing needs of a few select national leading electrical contractors.

Bob is a ten year plus student and teacher of The Franklin Covey Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Programs. He recently became certified as a Birkman consultant, adding comprehensive and valuable knowledge and assessment tools for the benefit of Delta's clients and candidates alike.  He is an entrepreneur who enjoys creating startups with unique causes dedicated to helping others as their primary mission.  Bob is a member of NAPS, The U.S. Green Building Counsel and is a Certified Professional Consultant.

He is married to a wonderful, supportive wife and best friend of 20 years, and has two beautiful daughters.  Bob's father was a master electrician in the Navy and to this day remains his mentor.

Management Consulting / Business Transition Services

Michael O'Mara, Managing Partner
Michael is a twenty-one year construction industry professional specializing in mechanical, electrical and specialty construction & service companies. He has served as both a management consultant to the industry, a hired CEO/President of both public and private companies, and a President/Equity owner of a private mechanical contractor sold to a public company.

In addition, during the beginning of the wave of industry consolidation back in the late 90's, he founded an M&A firm providing assistance to contractors looking to sell or companies looking to buy contractors. Services included valuation, sell/buy-side assistance, and consulting in advance of putting a company up for sale. During that time, over 200 companies were valued and coached on their opportunities, many being sold to public and private consolidator, and public utilities. He has continued to provide these services 10 years later.

After receiving his MBA at the University of South Florida, he began his career at the Tampa office of FMI, the nation's largest management consulting firm dedicated to the construction industry. He provided consulting services to ENR Specialty 600 and mid-size construction and service companies to help improve their financial performance and to compete in the ever changing and increasingly competitive construction marketplace. He has continued to do so for much of his career, at times even taking active roles as top management of companies on a part-time contract basis to accomplish focused re-engineering of specific areas or processes.

Michael is married to his wonderful wife and they reside in Houston, TX.

Barbara Montgomery, Vice President - Business Development
Barbara was born in Philadelphia and has been a "lifetime resident" of the Tampa Bay area. Her senior level management accomplishments include managing the start up, growth and continued operations of a Tampa Bay law firm with a successful 20 year track record of helping others. Barbara is always focused on helping others achieve their goals.

Barbara assists Delta with overall business development and client relations.

David Dorsey, Director of Recruiting
David brings to DCP over 20+ years of executive search experience working with mid to upper level management executives nationwide. David started his recruiting career in 1989 and has worked for many of the largest executive search firms in the nation.  At DCP David enjoys the small boutique environment that DCP provides and the special personalized service that he can give to both his clients and candidates!

David helps his clients and candidates reach their peak of excellence by fostering a consultive approach with both parties and guiding them in the right direction with tough career and hiring decisions that have to be made in any type of economic environment.

As a FSU alumni David enjoys watching Nole football games in the fall and dreams of the day when they can win another BCS Championship! David's many hobbies include golf, tennis, chess, and Texas hold'em poker.  More importantly though are the fun times spent fishing with his smart and handsome 14 year old son Jared.

Kelly Allen, Account Executive
Kelly hails from the "Windy City", but has been a Floridian for 3 years now.  Along with her luggage, Kelly brings 10 years experience of business development, management and sales with her.  After graduating from Northern Illinois where she played Division I Softball, she began her career with Fortune 500 companies such as General Motors where she was an Area Sales Manager within the Midwest, Money Management International where she Directed seven credit counseling branches throughout Illinois and Supplemental Health Care Staffing as a Division Manager.  Kelly enjoys spending time on the tennis courts playing against her boyfriend (preferable winning) and running along the water with her dog, Toby.

Sue Wilson, Research Executive
Sue was born in New York and moved to sunny Florida in 2000.  With her she brought an entrepreneurial spirit and an enthusiasm for innovation.  Sue professional foundation is one based on integrity and consistency, where she strives to meet any challenge with a commitment to deliver nothing short of her best. Sue brings a breadth of professional experience spanning 30 years of organizational development and project management to the Delta team.

Sue is married to her best friend of 29 years, with whom she has raised two extraordinary children, and has been blessed with both a grandson and granddaughter.

Sue identifies her father, who has passed away, as her most influential role model both professionally and personally.  She describes her father as "the world's hardest working man" who above all, respected people.  Sue strives to emulate her father and the many values he instilled in her, to this day.

Jacqui Baranich-Wolfendale, Executive Assistant
Jacqui was born in Omaha, NE but moved to Florida as a toddler when her father was stationed at Mac Dill AFB, Tampa, FL.  She brings to Delta an extensive background in Human Resources, and lives by a "don't dwell on the things you cannot change" positive attitude.

While raising two amazing children she is instilling the value of teaching them it is more important to "be liked for who you are, other than what you have achieved."

Steve Adler, Director of Marketing
Steve successfully participated in marketing and sales challenges over a 50 year career. He sold his company in NYC which was recognized by the INC 500 Fastest Growing Company list in the '80s before coming to Tampa 26 years ago.He will be communicating the distinguishable benefits and value provided by DCP to employers and job candidates. As a certified actuary and investment analyst (ret.) Steve is aware of the probabilities contained in business decisions. Utilizing the power of Internet communication and the personal touch of the professional staff, Steve is confident the new standard of excellence at DCP will resonate throughout the Electrical Contracting Industry.

Steve also finds time to be the head High School Tennis,Cross Country Coach and assistant basketball coach.He and his wife Mary, of 40 years are blessed with grandchildren that live nearby.
